Let us pray for Saint Peter's intercession especially during this first year of Pope Leo's reign, that the Roman Pontiff may be guided by his holy predecessors. As Patron of the Priestly Fraternity of St. Peter, let us also pray for Saint Peter to aid the F.S.S.P.'s ministry at St. Anne Catholic Church and the rest of the world.

Chorus Breviarii has been invited to sing Vespers at the conclusion of Children of the Immaculate Heart's open house for their new Drop-In Center location. While the much of the 1954 Office for this day recalls the mystery of the Blessed Sacrament, especially through the antiphon O Sacrum Convivium, the Magnificat antiphon for the day commemorates the Old Testament lessons at Matins during the week, which focus on the Prophet Samuel and his guardian Eli the priest.
